Memorial services for Doyle Nave, former USC quarterback, will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Burbank, 521 E. Olive.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the USC Athletic Department or the California Masonic Home, 1111 California St., San Francisco.

Nave, 75, died Sunday. He is remembered as the fourth-string USC quarterback who came off the bench in the fourth quarter of the 1939 Rose Bowl game to beat Duke, 7-3, with his passes to end Antelope Al Krueger.
