Deluxe Chefs: Three Disneyland Hotel chefs and two Disneyland chefs were among the winners at the 24th Orange Empire Chefs and Professional Cooks Culinary Salon held recently at--you guessed it!--the Disneyland Hotel.

Robert Arcos, an area chef at the hotel, won the Best of Show award. Among his creations: a duck fashioned out of sourdough.

Also winning for the hotel were sous chef Osman Elimsa and apprentice pastry chef Deborah Rhone. Disneyland winners were chef de cuisine Jesse Tiscanreno and bakery patisserie George Geary.
