TouchStone to Merge With Standard Logic

TouchStone Software Corp. and Standard Logic Inc. said Thursday that they have reached a definitive merger agreement.

Standard Logic will be merged into TouchStone Software and will be 80%-owned by Touchstone shareholders and 20%-owned by Standard Logic holders.

Standard Logic’s management, in turn, will purchase the assets of Standard Logic, which packages computer chips. TouchStone makes software that trouble-shoots problems in personal computers.
