A 26-year-old computer programmer was arrested on suspicion of murder for allegedly stabbing another man to death after a quarrel in Reseda, Los Angeles police reported today.
Police arrested William Scott Manciano on Sunday night after they found him hiding under a car behind a restaurant in the 19600 block of Sherman Way, Lt. Richard Pooler said.
The victim, a 22-year-old Reseda man whose name will not released until his relatives have been notified, staggered into the restaurant looking for help after the stabbing. He was taken to Northridge Hospital Medical Center where he died, Pooler said.
Pooler said the stabbing occurred in the 7200 block of Corbin Avenue after the victim was confronted by Manciano and several other men.
Pooler said he did not know the reason for the fight.
Detectives were still looking for other suspects, he said.
