The New Male?: Manwatchers Inc. released its annual list of Most Watchable Men for 1990, with the president of the Hollywood-based organization noting that “we have a new concept of men in the ‘90s.” Spokeswoman Suzy Mallery said: “The men who made this year’s list were selected particularly for enhancing our lives not only by performance and appearance but who sometimes use their celebrity status to influence events in the country.” Among the winners: Placido Domingo, John Forsythe, Arsenio Hall, Kevin Costner, Ray Liotta, John McLaughlin, Robert Redford and Tom Selleck.
