Four Score to Lift Titans Over St. Mary’s
Only four players scored for the Cal State Fullerton women’s basketball team Tuesday, but the Titans defeated St. Mary’s, 77-65, in Moraga’s McKeon Pavilion.
Senior center Genia Miller had 36 points and 17 rebounds, and junior forward Claudette Jackson had 26 points and 13 rebounds for Fullerton, which improved to 7-2 entering tonight’s Big West Conference opener at Fresno State. Heidi James (eight points) and Joey Ray (seven) were the other Titans to score.
