* Little Orphan Overalls, 1938 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena; (818) 793-5990. Large selection of infant and children’s wear in good condition. Separated by sizes and clearly priced. A large selection of ski wear is available now. Garments are priced at one-third of original cost.

* Make Room for Baby, 12324 Venice Blvd., Mar Vista; (213) 398-7177. Consignment shop with a huge selection of clothing from infant to size 12. Quality is excellent. Sizes are separated and clearly marked. Prices range from under $1 to about $10; occasionally will have higher-priced, designer-quality clothes.

* Past Perfect, 12610 Ventura Blvd., Studio City; (818) 760-8872. Women’s consignment shop of designer-quality clothes that occasionally has one-of-a-kind children’s garments. A special children’s section is planned for spring. Prices are $25 to $150.
