HOT TIPS: If you’ve always wanted to see INXS in a tiny club, here’s your chance. The band, which opens its U.S. tour Feb. 3 in Daytona Beach, has scheduled a warm-up show Feb. 1 at a still-secret L.A. club. If you miss it, the band will be back April 6 for an outdoor show (either at the Rose Bowl or the Coliseum). . . . Chuck E. Weiss does an acoustic set every other Sunday night at Highland Grounds. . . . Exene Cervenka makes a rare solo appearance Saturday at the Club Lingerie. . . . And if you’re a blues fan, IFP/West celebrates its 10th anniversary with a “Dance the Blues” show Monday night. The independent filmmaker association’s Gala Club event will feature music by Barry Goldberg and the Blues All-Stars, who include Nick Gravenites, Charlie Musselwhite, Mick Taylor, Howie Epstein, Ian McLagen and Tim Drummond.
