Health Secretary Cuts Tour

HARARE, Zimbabwe —
U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Louis W. Sullivan on Thursday cut short an eight-nation African tour to return to Washington because of the Persian Gulf War. Referring to the provision of medical services in the gulf, he said, “We intend to be prepared and are prepared for any eventuality.”
