FREEWAY REPAIRS

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach area this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

ARTESIA FREEWAY (91)

1. Bellflower and Cerritos: Eastbound No. 6 lane from Woodruff Avenue to the San Gabriel River Freeway (605); 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; guardrail repair.

HARBOR FREEWAY (110)

2. Carson: Northbound No. 3 lane at 228th Street; 6 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday; bridge repair.

LONG BEACH FREEWAY (710)

3. Commerce: Southbound off-ramp at Washington Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday; guardrail repair.

4. Commerce: Northbound off-ramp at Washington Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; fence repair.

5. Commerce: Southbound No. 4 lane from Triggs Street to Washington Boulevard; 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday; sign repair.

6. South Gate: Northbound No. 3 lane from Firestone Boulevard to the Slauson Avenue bridge; noon to 3 p.m. Tuesday; sign repair.

SAN GABRIEL RIVER FREEWAY (605)

7. Cerritos: Northbound off-ramp at South Street; 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday; landscaping.

8. Long Beach: Northbound No. 3 and 4 lanes at the Wardlow Road undercrossing; 6:30 to 11:30 a.m. today; bridge repair.

9. Pico Rivera: Southbound off-ramp at Beverly Boulevard; 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday; electrical repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

10. Norwalk: Northbound on-ramp at Imperial Highway; 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; guardrail repair.

11. Santa Fe Springs: Northbound No. 4 lane from Alondra Boulevard to Carmenita Road; 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; fence repair.

TERMINAL ISLAND FREEWAY (103)

12. Terminal Island: Northbound on-ramp at New Dock Street; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; bridge rail repair.
