Envoy to Djibouti Chosen

WASHINGTON —
President Bush will nominate Charles R. Baquet III, a career Foreign Service officer, as ambassador to Djibouti, the White House has announced. Baquet, 49, would succeed Robert South Barrett IV as the envoy to the African nation.
