Mater Dei 3, Santa Margarita 2--Trevor Ickes, Chris Campbell and Steve Mastropaolo each scored in the first half for host Mater Dei (15-5-1, 4-2-1). Scott Carter and Eric Lopp each scored for Santa Margarita.
Bishop Amat 2, Servite 0--Matt Winecki and Mike Rogers scored in the last 15 minutes of the match for host Bishop Amat (8-7-5, 3-4-1). The loss dropped Servite to 4-13-3, 2-6-0.
In the Century League:
Orange 2, Canyon 1--Micah Knorr and Justin Zayas scored for host Orange (13-2-1, 7-0-1). Andy Vita scored for Canyon (10-9, 3-5). Zayas scored on a penalty kick with four minutes left to break a 1-1 tie.
El Modena 2, Villa Park 0--Jason Martinez and Ryan Bakhtiari each scored for host El Modena (10-1-3, 5-1-2). Freddy Romo had four saves for El Modena.
Foothill 2, Santa Ana Valley 0--Doug McCauley scored two goals for visiting Foothill (9-4-7, 4-0-4).

Katella 3, Loara 0--Art Vance, Jose Figueroa and Danny Moreno scored for visiting Katella (13-3-4, 4-1-3). Loara is 1-14-1, 0-8-0.
El Dorado 1, Esperanza 0--Rajai Qsar scored a header with 10 minutes left on a cross pass from Dan Molnar for El Dorado (12-6-3, 6-1-1). Blayne Leitner had 11 saves for El Dorado. Pat Trevino had five saves for Esperanza (10-3-7, 4-1-3).
In the Freeway League:
Sunny Hills 3, La Habra 1--Jason Fichtelberg, Matt Marino and Eric Smith scored for host Sunny Hills (13-4, 7-1). Andy Popa scored for La Habra (7-7-2, 2-4-2).
Sonora 3, Buena Park 0--Brian Dacuycuy scored all three for host Sonora (8-4-6, 3-3-2). Mike Sheldon had 10 saves for Sonora for his seventh shutout. Buena Park is 5-11, 2-6.
In the Garden Grove League:
Kennedy 3, Santiago 1--The Fighting Irish (12-3-5, 7-0-4) scored all their goals in the first half at Kennedy. Robert Weber had two of the goals to give him 10 on the season, and Daniel Maciel added the other one. Gonzalo Carrillo scored the goal for Santiago. Pacifica 5, Garden Grove 0--Eric Stevens scored twice, and Ron Yoast, Chris Castellano and Eric Rost each scored once for host Pacifica.
In the Orange League:
Anaheim 4, Valencia 2--Mike Tsarnas scored two goals and Armando Solis and Jaime Garcia each scored one for host Anaheim (16-1-3, 5-1-2). Valencia (8-9-3, 5-2-1) scored two goals in the final 10 minutes of the game.
Brea-Olinda 2, Magnolia 1--Mike Brunett and Martin Wall scored for host Brea-Olinda (9-7-3, 6-1-1). Wall has scored nine goals in the last eight games. Jaime Reyes scored for Magnolia (2-10-2, 0-6-2).
In the Sea View League:
Corona del Mar 3, Tustin 1--Danny Soucek, Justin Pierce and Jason Boyce each scored for Corona del Mar (13-6-1, 4-3). Dave Larson scored for Tustin.
In the South Coast League:
Mission Viejo 5, San Clemente 1--The Diablos (15-5-1, 6-1-0) got goals from Rich Fiore, George Larsen, Doug Roberson, Frank Pace and Adam Port for the victory at San Clemente (6-10-4, 3-4-1). Bret Robin scored the San Clemente goal. Mission Viejo goalkeeper Phil Darke had five saves. In Garden Grove League girls’ basketball:
Kennedy 58, Santiago 48--Lynly Matsumoto had 23 points and eight rebounds for Kennedy (16-6, 7-4). Valerie Ruiz added 17 points for the Fighting Irish and also had nine rebounds, six assists and five steals. Stephanie Kay had 16 points for Santiago (11-9, 6-5).
Rancho Alamitos 73, Los Amigos 35--The host Vaqueros, the fifth-ranked and only undefeated team in Orange County, ran its record to 21-0 and 11-0 in league this season. Rancho Alamitos got 22 points from Anita Stecker and 11 from Timmerie James. Center Carrie Elsaesser had 17 for Los Amigos (9-10, 6-5).
