Arcadia : Hillside Building Ban
A moratorium on construction on undeveloped hillsides was extended by the City Council until December.
The Council voted unanimously to extend the original 45-day ban adopted Dec. 18. Restricted areas include undeveloped land bounded on the south by Elkins Avenue and on the north, west and east by city boundaries.
During the next 10 1/2 months, the Planning Department will continue to develop specific guidelines on hillside development.
