Police Identify Shooting Victim
SANTA ANA —
A man who was found shot to death near a set of railroad tracks was identified Wednesday as Carmen Guzman, 25, of Santa Ana, police said.
Guzman’s body was discovered about 6 a.m. Tuesday by a man leaving his South Minnie Street apartment complex to go to work, Police Lt. Chuck Magdalena said.
Guzman had been shot once in his left shoulder, Magdalena said.
No arrests have been made in the case.
