OXNARD : Man Found Stabbed Outside Residence
A 34-year-old Oxnard man was in good condition Monday after being stabbed in the abdomen Sunday evening, police said.
Carlos Gomez Ortega was found stabbed about 10:30 p.m. outside a house in the 400 block of West Hill Street in Oxnard, Sgt. Benny Phillips said.
Phillips said police are unsure of what happened and are still investigating the incident.
Gomez Ortega apparently was a resident of the Hill Street house, but other residents there said they were unaware what had occurred, Phillips said.
