THOUSAND OAKS : Man Accused of Exposing Himself
A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of exposing himself to young girls as they were walking to and from school in Thousand Oaks, police said Tuesday.
Marco Jimenez of Simi Valley was taken into custody after officers spotted his van driving north on Fordham Avenue at Massey Street.
According to police, Jimenez is accused of exposing himself to 15 girls between the ages of 12 and 14 since November.
He exposed himself to the girls near Los Cerritos, Redwood and Sequoia intermediate schools, police said. And on Feb. 6 and 7, he attempted to fondle three girls and then ran when they screamed, Detective William Bettis said.
