Bill Goltermann has joined Ginsburg-Craig Associates as vice president of development. He is responsible for all development and construction activities for the Newport Beach-based developer of factory-outlet centers. Goltermann was previously vice president of development for McDonnell Douglas Realty Co. in Irvine. He has also worked as regional manager for World Savings & Loan in Santa Ana, as development manager for Broadmoor Homes and in the community development division of the Irvine Co.
