nvesco MIM P.L.C., a British and American run money management firm, has lowered its stake in Community Psychiatric Centers, a Laguna Hills-based chain of psychiatric clinics and hospitals, from 9.52% to 5.93%, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Gene Pearce, a portfolio manager for Invesco MIM, declined to say why the company decided to sell the 2.77 million CPC common shares.
