Burlington to Add Temporary Flight: Burlington Air Express, a cargo carrier based in Irvine, said it will temporarily add a weekend flight to London to make up for transatlantic passenger and cargo flights canceled because of the Gulf War. Burlington said it will flyits own jet freighter weekly because cargo capacity on other flights has been reduced severlyas a result of the Department of Defense’s decision to activate the Civil Reserve Air Fleet.The flights are scheduled to begin Saturday from Burlington’s service hub in Ft. Wayne, Ind.
