KMEX Promotion: Larry Gonzalez, director of administration at KMEX Channel 34, has been promoted to manager of the station, the country’s first and largest Spanish-language TV channel. Gonzalez, a former Los Angeles Board of Education member, joined KMEX in 1987 as director of community affairs.
