U.S. Probes China Trade Practice: The U.S. International Trade Commission said it is investigating allegations that China is exporting unfairly priced silicon to the United States, gaining an improper advantage on American producers of the material. The U.S. Commerce Department has already issued a preliminary finding that China is dumping silicon in the United States by selling it for less than fair market value.
