Tuning Out: The first live, 24-hour national children’s radio network for ages 12 and under has called it quits after a year. The Florida-based Imagination Stations Radio Network for Kids said it was unable to raise enough capital to maintain its children’s programming “in the midst of a national recession and war in the Middle East.”
