John C. Brouillard, president and chief operating officer of Hills Department Stores, Canton, Mass., has resigned to become chief administrative and financial officer for H. E. Butt Grocery Co., San Antonio. Hills, which is operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy court protection, named no immediate successor.
