Ice-T Cops Out: Militant rapper Ice-T says he really had to “stretch” for his role in the movie “New Jack City.” The former Los Angeles street gang member plays a policeman. “Everyone knows where I stand with the system. I don’t like the police but at the same time I wanted to be an actor,” he told the Boston Globe. Ice-T plays Judd Nelson’s partner this time out; his next movie role will be opposite Oscar-winner Denzel Washington in “Ricochet.”
