Airport Was There Before Houses Were
The residents sounding off on flight patterns at Burbank Airport should remember that the airport has been here much longer than their homes.
These people should go after all the builders that built homes right up to the fence at LAX, Burbank and Van Nuys airports, which were located in nothing but farmland 40 or 45 years ago.
It is an asset to have USAir fly out of Burbank. People always want the convenience of all the airplanes available to them, yet they complain about the noise it creates.
