A judicial board of students and faculty will decide soon whether further disciplinary action should be taken in an incident last month at the University of Arkansas athletic dormitory.
A 34-year-old woman alleged that she was sexually assaulted in a dormitory room by several Arkansas athletes but no charges were filed. Basketball Coach Nolan Richardson suspended Darrell Hawkins from the first three games next season for having a woman in his room during non-visiting hours, which is against university policy. Four players admitted having sex with the woman but said she consented.
