Canoga Park Investor Cuts Stake in Matthews Studio
A Canoga Park investor cut his stake in Matthews Studio Equipment Group to 4.95% of the Burbank company’s stock from 5.84%.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, investor Sim Farar said he sold 17,500 Matthews shares between Jan. 29 and Feb. 15 at prices ranging from $1.75 to $2.03 a share. He also gave 53,500 shares as gifts on March 5, and now owns 394,250 shares, the filing stated.
Matthews provides production equipment to the television and movie industries.
