In reaction to Carol Griffin’s letter (Viewers’ Views, March 3), I, too, was greatly impressed by the Feb. 12 episode of “thirtysomething.” I don’t think the writers were necessarily trying to do the “opposite of what is expected.” Rather, they were demonstrating how life itself is unpredictable.
This show really left me out of breath and with a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. Kudos to all the actors.
