2 Charged in Shooting Death of Arleta Man
Murder charges were filed Thursday against two Pacoima men accused of the gang-related shooting death of an Arleta man, Los Angeles police said.
Jose Martinez, 19, and Gerardo Hernandez, 20, were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of shooting Mario Hernandez, 18, Detective Frank Bishop said.
Hernandez was shot March 4 as he stood with his 15-year-old sister in his garage in the 14100 block of Claretta Street. He died a short time later at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Panorama City.
Martinez and Hernandez were being held without bail.
