2 Arrested in Kidnaping of Girl, 3, From Chicago
Two men were arrested Friday for investigation of the kidnaping of a 3-year-old girl, who was abducted in Chicago last fall and found three days later at a house in Lancaster, the FBI said.
Agents arrested Kevin David Dutra, 32, of Lancaster, and Scott Allen Olson, 25, of Thousand Oaks, in their homes, an FBI spokesman said in Los Angeles. The two were named in arrest warrants issued Thursday in Chicago.
On Saturday, FBI agents in Los Angeles and Chicago refused to release the girl’s identity or the details of her alleged abduction on Nov. 26.
