CAMARILLO : 3 Robbers Hold Family at Gunpoint
Three men armed with handguns held a Camarillo family at gunpoint Friday morning as they robbed their home of an unknown amount of jewelry and cash, deputies said.
Two of the men forced three family members onto the floor and taped their hands. A third gunman led the owner of the house to the family safe and forced him to open it, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.
The gunmen, who entered the home on Las Posas Circle about 9:15 a.m., were unknown to the family, Sheriff’s Lt. Tony Ditzhazy said.
