UC Irvine continued contract negotiations with Seton Hall assistant Rod Baker, who was offered the men’s basketball job and had agreed in principle before flying to Southern California Monday.
Irvine reserved a room on campus for a news conference Tuesday, but by Tuesday morning the request was canceled, a school official said.
