Back in the Ring: The Westwood Playhouse, having an open date due to the postponement of a Sid Caesar-Imogene Coca show, is calling the one-man circus “Avner the Eccentric” back for a three-week return engagement April 17-May 5. He opened a previous run at the Playhouse last winter. The Caesar-Coca show, “Together Again,” was to open April 19 but has been postponed until September because Caesar is having surgery on his leg. “Together Again” ticket holders can use their exact tickets for “Avner” with a money-back guarantee, and for the first week of “Avner,” children 12 and under get in for $1. Next up will be the Pasadena Playhouse production of “Other People’s Money,” opening May 10.
