Mayor Tom Bradley, that walking advertisement for the two-term limit, wouldn’t know integrity if it jumped up and bit him--and this time it just may. Through his contemptible and personally motivated campaign against Gates, a man of genuine integrity and honor, our mayor has not only disgraced himself but has thoroughly perverted the safeguards in our municipal system of government.
