Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach area today and Friday. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

POMONA FREEWAY (60)

1. East Los Angeles: Eastbound No. 1 lane from Eastern Avenue to Atlantic Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today; glare screen repair.

2. East Los Angeles: Eastbound No. 6 lane from Mednik Avenue to Woods Avenue; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today; sign repair.

3. Various Cities: Eastbound and westbound No. 1 lanes from Azusa Avenue to Indiana Avenue; 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today; sweeping.

SAN GABRIEL RIVER FREEWAY (605)

4. Norwalk: Northbound No. 1 lane from Imperial Highway to Firestone Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today; crack seal repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

5. La Mirada: Northbound No. 4 lane from Artesia Boulevard to Rosecrans Avenue; 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today; landscaping.

TERMINAL ISLAND FREEWAY (103)

6. Long Beach: Southbound No. 3 lane at the Commodore Schuyler F. Heim Drawbridge; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday; bridge repair.
