Ronald E. Watson, Oklahoma assistant athletic director, was arrested by FBI agents for alleged bank fraud. FBI spokesman Dan Vogel said Watson, 41, was named in a five-count indictment delivered by a federal grand jury in Oklahoma City. The indictment accuses Watson of making false representations to four banks in central Oklahoma to influence their actions on extending loans and credit to him.
