“HAVANA”(Great Britain; Jana Bokova; Nuart; 9 p.m.) A rich, infectious portrait of a Havana which, in Czech-born filmmaker Jana Bokova’s lenses, is crumbling around its people’s heads. Though a devastating portrait of the suppression of artists and “deviants,” one long street sequence of an impromptu rhumba competition catches the indomitable nature of the Cubanos themselves. So does the superb poetry of Jose Lezama Lima, Virgilio Pinera and exiles Guillermo Cabrera Infante and Reinaldo Arenas.
