SWITCH: A woman who wound up with the wrong baby after giving birth at Western Medical Center-Santa Ana last December is about to go public, in a big way. When the story first broke, Carolyn Landrum asked that her last name not be printed. But she’s changed her mind and will appear on the “Oprah Winfrey Show” being taped today for airing next Monday. . . . Landrum and another woman were given each other’s sons and didn’t discover the mix-up until days after they were home. Both families say they’re suing the hospital.
