RE/MAX International, Englewood, Colo., has promoted Gail Liniger to chief executive, succeeding her husband and company co-founder Dave Liniger, who remains chairman. Gail Liniger, who was also a co-founder of the firm, was president. Executive Vice President Bob Fisher was appointed to succeed her as president.
