Body Found in Car After Reported Shots
Los Angeles police detectives Saturday were investigating the apparent shooting death of a man who was found behind the wheel of a car in Hansen Dam Park in Lake View Terrace.
The man, who has not been identified, was found in a car that had stopped against a fence in Hansen Dam, off of Osborne Street, said Sgt. Sol Pollen.
Police discovered the car while investigating a report from a man early Saturday morning who said he had heard a woman screaming and shots fired in the area.
