When it was first announced that Bill Moyers would present a TV program about the White House entitled “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” (“Frontline, PBS, April 23), it raised false hopes that he would tell about the Johnson Administration, which he was part of. But no such luck. The program was a political attack on Presidents Reagan and Bush, a rehash of the Iran-Contra affair, which we had heard about endlessly.

The program included some interesting archival material, but it had a left-liberal and a anti-anti-Communist slant like too many documentaries of a political nature that KCET broadcasts.
