A West Hollywood man allegedly plowed his Mercedes-Benz into a crowd blocking his exit from the parking lot at the Roxy nightclub Sunday, injuring seven people, one critically, authorities said.

Mark Reaser, 26, hit six people as he left the lot in the 9000 block of Sunset Boulevard at 2:19 a.m., shortly after the club had closed, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Richard Dinsmoor. The people he hit had been watching a fistfight in the parking lot, Dinsmoor said.

Reaser’s late-model Mercedes-Benz then lurched across Sunset, hitting another man and pinning him against a passing taxi, deputies said.

The pinned man, Alex Miranda, 18, was listed in critical condition Sunday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after suffering a lacerated liver, deputies said.

Another victim suffered two broken legs, deputies said, adding that the other five victims had less severe injuries.

The crowd of spectators chased Reaser’s car across Sunset, pulled Reaser out, roughed him up and held him until sheriff’s deputies arrived.

He was booked at the West Hollywood sheriff’s station on suspicion of attempted murder, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. He was being held without bail, deputies said.
