THE WINNER IS . . . : Several stock analysts have guessed that the Walt Disney Co. will pick Long Beach over Anaheim for its huge development because a theme park on the water would be a mega-attraction. But analyst Jeffrey B. Logsdon of Seidler Amdec Securities says because it would take at least three years to build an offshore landfill for such an attraction, he’s predicting that Anaheim will be the site. . . . Logsdon says Long Beach has “tremendous potential,” and Disney “could opt for Anaheim and come back to Long Beach” later.
