Richard G . Newman has been named chief executive of AECOM Technology Corp. Newman succeeds Albert A. Dorman, who will remain as chairman. The Los Angeles-based firm operates through several major architectural, engineering, energy and construction, operations and maintenance and program/construction management companies.
