WORLD MUSIC: World Party returns June 18 with an oddball EP, “Thank You World,” which features three different versions of the title song (including a live jam) plus five previously unreleased gems, including “You’re Invited to a Party,” “S.E.X.” and a cover of the Beatles’ “Happiness Is a Warm Gun.” . . . Will someone please stop all these rock graybeards from getting back together? Ple-e-e-e-ease! The latest offender? Procol Harum, which has signed to Zoo Entertainment (with original members Gary Brooker, Robin Trower, Matthew Fisher and Keith Reid). The band’s new album is due Aug. 13. . . . And if you want to see a treasure cache of old blues films, take a look at “Shoutin’ the Blues,” a collection of archival footage compiled by blues historian Mark Cantor. The program--at the Monica 4-Plex Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.--features such artists Muddy Waters, Sonny Boy Williamson, Big Joe Turner, Roosevelt Sykes, Bessie Smith and Furry Lewis.
