IDS Financial Appoints Manager as New Division Vice President

* Steven L. Schippel has been appointed division vice president and corporate officer for the Orange County division of IDS Financial Services in Irvine. He was previously division manager. Schippel is responsible for supervising 60 personal financial planners and directing recruiting and training.
