Ford Motor Co. is recalling 1,400 1991-model F-600, 700 and 800 medium-duty trucks equipped with 7.0 liter engines because of improperly installed throttle cables. Ford will replace the throttle cable and governor assembly with redesigned parts free of charge after owners are notified by mail.
