Knock It Off: The producers of “The Simpsons” are having a cow about alleged sales of counterfeit caps bearing pictures of the popular television cartoon family. The company has filed a multimillion-dollar federal lawsuit, naming several Portland, Ore.-area merchants, demanding they knock off the knockoffs. Plaintiffs are 20th Century Fox Film Corp. and 20th Century Fox Licensing and Merchandising Corp. Defendants include 22 merchants and 50 unidentified persons.
