Suit Accuses Orion of Fraud: Orion Pictures Corp. was accused of fraud and securities violations in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Los Angeles by three former bondholders. The bondholders, who are seeking class-action status for the complaint, say Orion falsely represented its financial condition at the time the bonds were sold. Financially troubled Orion is seeking to restructure $280 million in debt through a bond buyback plan. The company denied any wrongdoing.
