Pasadena-based Countrywide Credit Industries Inc., a leading independent mortgage banker, announced the appointment of Kevin W. Bartlett, Jeffrey F. Butler and Sandor E. Samuels as managing directors.
Kevin W. Bartlett, 33, managing director-capital markets, joined Countrywide in 1986. Jeffrey F. Butler, 49, managing director-information, started at the company in 1985. Sandor E. Samuels, 38, managing director-legal, has been with the company since 1990. He is also Countrywide’s general counsel and secretary.
